Hi, I am looking for somebody experienced in installing, mirroring, upgrading and tweaking Moodle sites. Specifically, I need to copy a Moodle installation currently hosted on Godaddy to a Amazon cloud server. I'm also interested in learning more about Moodle hosting myself (I have experience with Wordpress). I'm have a $100 budget for this, so please size your bid accordingly.
