Modify very basic shopping cart in PHP

ONLY REQUISITE: All the files must be written 100% in PHP/HTML (no pages can contain JavaScript or any other language). Server: [login to view URL] This is a very very simple shopping cart consisting of one main file of nearly 900 commented/described lines and 10 very small complementary files. This shopping cart uses no database, all the products details are passed to the cart using 1 form for each product. The folder "sessions" must have CHMOD 777. This shopping cart (Cart2) is a modified version of the one available at [login to view URL] which I am enclosing for your information. One of the goals is for the customer to be able to purchase a product and the total cost to be calculated by weight and delivery location. Job details (not necessarily in this order): 1.) - erase all lines/code regarding "coupons" or "discounts" because we are never going to use them 2.) - Create an update button to be placed next to the regions drop down menu. The button's function is to update the delivery costs according to the region the customer chooses. "North and Central America" must be the default and the customer must press the button if he/she would like to change region pricing. 3.) - This shopping cart consists of 2 pages: - the "basket" and the "checkout page". - I only want the "checkout page" (no basket) but the customer must be able to change the quantity of the item by pressing the "recalculate" button. 4.) - Erase the column next to "ID" since I am going to use "ID" as the name of the product. 5.) - The lines regarding taxes and postage don't work. This must be fixed. 6.) - The file used to redirect the customer to PayPal must be changed. The file I currently used, processor/[login to view URL], uses a "form" and a button to redirect to PayPal with the customer's details. The task is to draw up a new file written in PHP which does the same thing but without having to press a button. 7.) - The cart must be placed before the "Payment Method & Delivery Location" and not underneath the clients details like it is placed now. Example of a form for an individual product (it is missing the weight input type).
