I have purchase the phppointofsale from the coders website where it enables me to have the modifications I required made to it rather than having them cloud host the product.
Whilst their system is great, there are modifications required to suite my business needs.
I have tabled below the initial modifications.
There are further modules to be added, but this list below is required to be fully operational (after testing) by July 1 2015. These modules will include Expenses, Payroll, Email, and additional reporting screens.
This project is being relisted from the original one as the initial project had more requirements but not enough time to complete, and secondly several freelancers had quoted without reading the requirements.
I do have the source code and will provide respectively.

I have a rough understanding of what the cost should be, and if the successful freelancers quote is reasonable, then there is a good chance they too will get to create the other modules I require.
I can't stress enough, this project has a deadline and I must have a fully operated & tested system by June 30 for implementation on July 1.
The requirements below should be only a couple of days work to be able to show me a working model on your server.
I would prefer to split the payment into 3 (initial, completion and on receiving all the files).

first of all, this amount is only an estimation. will give an exact number after seeing the source code to estimate if the modification can be done easily or not. see comment below for details :
1. Customer already 2 address field. need to change the title to "Bill To" and "Ship To" or actually add more address?
2. I don't see "Account" menu in the demo site, but the modification should not that difficult
3. In sales register, the sales person is selected from the drop down in the bottom page. what do you mean by "ask authorization pin number only?"
4. not sure about new functionality such as auto email, or additional setting. that is a base functionality and i prefer not to touch that and only do field customization (set invoice number is still ok since its not considered as new functionality, the current system already have that number just doesn't allow the user to set it manually)
