The task is to migrate an existing website: [login to view URL] to Wordpress. The existing website is an unknown CMS (DarvinCMS). The result must be an identical copy of the website, but migrated to Wordpress. Both desktop and mobile versions. Any plugins required for analytics, image rotation, SEO etc must be included in the end result. SEO descriptive text must be copied over identical. And old website links must point to the correct pages on the new to avoid loosing SEO ranking. All best practices for website migration must be in place. If any payments are required for Wordpress theme or plugins, please advise on this in advance. In addition to this migration, the website must be optimized for loading speed. The aim is to have the website homepage loaded in 3 seconds or less. The website must report a clean bill of health on: [login to view URL] All source files of the website and a Wordpress installation will be made available to you for this project. Project must be completed within 1 week from start.
