Medical Scheme Membership Management Module for Perfex CRM

I am looking for a freelancer to develop a Medical Scheme Membership Management Module for Perfex CRM. This project is for an existing business that does not currently have a membership management system in place. 1. Project Overview: To develop a Medical Scheme Membership Management Module integrated into Perfex CRM. The primary objective is to offer an efficient system for managing memberships, billing, claims, and communication for medical scheme members. 2. Features & Specifications: 2.1 Membership Management • Member Registration: (This will be handled by broker or users) • Allow members to register by providing personal details and medical history. • Select the type of membership upon registration. • Being able to create sub membership and dependents on main user profile. • Membership Renewal: • Automated reminders for membership renewals. • Process renewals upon confirmation. • Membership Upgrades/Downgrades: • Offer an option for members to change their membership types. • Membership Cancellation: • Allow members to opt-out of the scheme. • Retain member data for a predetermined period post-cancellation. 2.2 Billing & Payments • Monthly Premium Management: (Perfex Subscription Integration) • Automate the billing process for monthly premiums. • Payment Gateway Integration: • Ensure seamless transactions through various payment gateways. • Invoicing: • Generate and dispatch invoices to members. • Payment Reminders: • Notify members about payment dates, both upcoming and overdue. 2.3 Claims Management • Claim Submission: • Members should be able to submit claims for medical expenses seamlessly. • Claim Tracking: • Keep members updated on the status of their claims. • Claim Payouts: • Ensure timely processing of approved claims. 2.4 Communication • Notifications: • Regular updates about important dates, changes, or scheme-related announcements. • Email Integration: • Seamless email communication to members. • SMS/Whatsapp Integration: (Future Development) • Instant notifications and updates through SMS. 2.5 Reporting & Analytics • Membership Analytics: • Insights on membership numbers, growth, churn rates, etc. • Financial Reporting: • Reports on premium collections, claim payouts, and more. • Claim Analytics: • Deep dive into claim types, frequencies, approval rates, etc. 2.6 Integration • Electronic Health Records (EHR): • Fetch patient records as and when required. (Future Development) • Third-party APIs: • Ensure compatibility with other platforms and services as needed. (Future Development) 2.7 Security & Compliance • Data Encryption: • Ensure all sensitive data is encrypted As per Perfex Standards. • Role-based Access Control: • Define and enforce user roles and permissions as per Perfex Users Roles. • Compliance Management: • Ensure all health and data privacy regulations are adhered to Perfex Standards. • Audit Trail: • Maintain logs of all user activities. Skills and experience required for this job include: - Strong knowledge and experience in developing modules for Perfex CRM - Expertise in membership management systems and processes - Understanding of medical scheme requirements and regulations - Ability to integrate the module seamlessly into the existing CRM system - Attention to detail and ability to create a user-friendly interface for managing memberships - Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with our team and provide regular updates on progress.
