We are looking for vendors with demonstrated experience implementing Online Marketplace websites. To fast-track the process we are looking for an existing platform that can be customized. Website will be used by companies to solicit bids for software development projects. The bids will be managed directly by the website owner (Administrator). The website will be used by Administrator to display/market available projects to freelancers and allow them to offer their service by submitting a proposal along with their profile for consideration by Administrator. It is the Administrator who is ultimately responsible for project implementation. The website will be used to Administrator manage work requests submitted by companies and for the Administrator to source freelancers for projects. The solution will be available in English. A common workflow: Client posts a work assignment he/she would like to have implemented and a developer applies for the project. - Client can create a project by choosing the name of software, desired skills - Developer can browse, search, apply for projects, but cannot communicate directly with the client - Administrator uses the website manage project listings and user profiles. Actual project delivery is done outside of the website. The site is used to solicit projects and advertise the projects to freelancers.
