Joomla site clean-up

[login to view URL] I have several problems that I need resolved (in order of importance): 1) My template uses LESS, and I have made many custom changes via template-custom.less. Although the existing customization has been applied, I cannot seem to get any new changes applied. I have cleared my browser cache, Joomla cache, CloudFlare cache, Siteground SuperCacher, and turned off the JCH_Optimize plug-in (and turned it back on). Not only have I not been able to get my changes applied, but some of the pages lost all of the customization. In addition to getting this fixed, I need detailed instructions on how I can make changes and have them applied immediately in the future. 2) After updating to Joomla 3.6, I now get this error message on every administrator page: JLIB_APPLICATION_ERROR_COMPONENT_NOT_LOADING I understand that this means there is an extension that has not been properly deleted, but I have not been able to find it. 3) When I clear my cache, I frequently get this error: Error clearing cache group(s): Gantry, _system, com_languages, com_modules, com_plugins, com_rokcandy, com_templates, fof, mod_custom, mod_custom_advanced, mod_roknavmenu. 4) I have an Ampz extension that is supposed to grab the number of "shares" on social media, but doesn't. The problem is apparently: Cross-Origin Request Blocked (Reason: CORS header 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' missing) I don't understand what any of that means, but apparently the same problem is happening with a component in my Rockettheme template (and is no doubt slowing down my site). The Same Origin Policy disallows reading the remote resource at [login to view URL] 5) The site is slow, and I feel as though my installation is cluttered with conflicting modules, and other problems (especially with javascript, css and caching). I have a CloudFlare account, but am certain I am not getting the most from it. I also use SuperCacher from Siteground (my ISP) and JCH_Optimize (a Joomla plug-in). No doubt, these 3 things are conflicting with each other. I would like to have an expert configure each of these so that there are no conflicts and my site loads as quickly as possible. In order to keep the budget under $250, feel free to include only several of these goals in your proposal. However, I expect that some of the fixes for 1 issue will also solve other issues. Ultimately, I would like to have a "go to guy (or gal)" for any problems I have in the future. I am using a CMS specifically because I am NOT a programmer.
