Joomla component for creating and viewing legal type documents. Documents consist of collections of nodes. A node is the smallest part of a document that can be identified uniquely. A document has one default viewpath, order of nodes. Users must be able to create their own viewpath to view the nodes in a different order. They must also be able to insert annotations, add footnotes and highlights. This is not a job for a beginner or amateur. Programming by trial and error is not going to work here as that will be a never-ending story. You must understand the functionality fully before programming begins. To illustrate your understanding i expect you to create the database and basic queries first. When i see those working i will put the full bid amount in escrow, not before ! Application must be a Joomla 3.6.x component and comply to all Joomla programming guidelines and documentation including language support. Javascript will need to be used to manage some of the user interface aspects but should not be used in an excessive way. Attached is a detailled description of the application (as well as an example of the type of documents to be managed). READ IT BEFORE BIDDING. Deadline is end of January.
