Regarding your description, I have some questions to make clear about the issues: - "we get conflict on product page the option not work (mean not add the supplement cost for chosen option)" --> Are you using the Magento default function for adding product's options or you are using a 3rd party module for it? - Conflict when solve it with promo module --> Which module are you using?
