Need a media portal CMS site. could be a clone of [login to view URL] Need to be able to upload movies, flash, pics, input text and jokes, via admin control panel. sort and list data by topic, newest, oldest, etc. search data, etc. descriptions, title, etc, for each upload. need template(header, footer) functionality. user download page for video should be a force download, not streaming.
