Groupon inspired website, with my own design

I am looking for someone who can implement a Groupon type website, using my web design as the base. Needs all the functionality that Groupon and all of the other group buying sites have: back-end to administer deals, ecommerce via PayPal, customizable email templates, add multiple deals at the same time (also, side deals), and view past deals, register on the site, refer a friend link, facebook, signon and share, twitter as well, coupon certificate redeption with customization, etc. You get the point. I am only looking for a clone in 'functionality' but not design. I will provide a basic one or two page template to work with and it's up to you to integrate all of the groupon type functions using my design. And, did I mention i need this done ASAP!! I will also require all of the source code so I can make future changes down the line. I will also retain all ownership of the code and design.
