I have read your project description and ready to start working on it, below are my understandings, 1) you want 75 to 80% opacity of links with ease in out with duration of 0.2s 2) you want dropdown to have animation of fadein and out with 0.2s of duration 3) headers need to move a bit left but the main body content should be as it is 4) help us today is not showing the background image 5) need to apply correct link on the category links 6) recrop two images so the can be placed properly in center 7) css for the print case has to be reworked to be able to print data properly on the page..
