I have executed numerous data migration task for almost every project I have completed in last 20 years. Once I understand your product master table and the Excel sheet data format, I can deliver the task in few hours by writing SQL queries using the Excel formula.

I could build this utility with below provisions: 1) generate SQL from given Excel 2) Once the utility is created it can be customized to work with any Database Table with column selection options. For example if you want to insert data in Table1 with 5 fields, Table2 with 10 fields with some control for formatting SQL insert statement like concatenation or column data join. I would like to complete this project for Rs 10000. You could add more enhancement(based on feasibility) for Rs 2000 per enhancement.
