I need a working html page with a simple alpaca form where the form is submitted through an ajax request and displays validation messages when the form is not validated on the server side. I also need a server side php example that sends back a validation message for the invalid fields or redirects the user to an url if the form validates. I need to be able to use your examples to create more sophisticated forms later. You can use the resources from this post: [login to view URL] The deliverables are an example html and php file.
