Here are the issues in the testing server and the access. First issue: When you tried to import a package with the link below it does nothing: [login to view URL] Screen grab is attached. Migrations [login to view URL] In the excel attachment example you can see what fields need to be imported. Once you import a CSV file for packages, with rules we need to create a rule that send to the user a notification that a package has arrived (onHand). When someone fills the form at [login to view URL] a mailbox must be assigned to that new user and a welcome email must be sent including the new mailbox and their address in Miami.
