Need a smart web video player developed that supports videos with hotspots. Hotspot is an area on the video frame that makes some action when clicked. In this case we need a callout box popped up when the hotspot is clicked. The solution is similar to Camtasia Hotspots: [login to view URL] We need to be able to set hotspots for each frame in the video file. Also need the player to highlight the hotspot area when the mouse is hovering above it. Please let me know how would you approach this problem and which technologies you would use for accomplishing this task.
