Completition of Website Business Services Company

For starting a company foundation business I need a proper website and yearly maintance service at a fixed rate. Following services/features are necessary to fullfill: 1. Logo Design 2. The site will have the following menus: Home, About us, How to, Our Services, FAQs, Entity Check, Contact us, LogIn, Blog,Contact Us, chat widget and a separat 'get started button' for filliging out an online contract form. 3. 'LogIn' page: Customers register for a profile account access and enter his sensitive personal data like name, address, date of birth, copy of Personal ID card, passport, etc. The profile is mainly use for making uploads of company formation documents by my as service provider in a secure system. the customer can access his scanned documents anytime for the servies via his profile account. 4. 'Entity Check' page: The site will have a special function tool as so called 'entity optimitzing tool'. It is an online form, asking details for planed business. According the the answers that tool will suggest a specal legal entity: either corporation or partnership oder limited liability company etc. 5'get started button' on the right upper side of (each!) page: When clicking the button there is an online form asking applicant for all necessary data for company foundation. After finishing the online application the customer will be automatically forwareded to the payment gateway. 6. Payment Gateway will be Paypal/Visa,Mastercard, Soforüberweisung, etc. 7. 'Services' page shows packages with buttons to order. there are 4 packages: 'Registered Agent Services', 'Tax and Report Filings', 'Legal/Tax advice Services'. All package with a button 'order'. this butten leads to the payment gateway. 8. Admin of the website will be able to manage the contents homepage by himself anytime 9. Admin can upload files an a secure server for the customers the have access to their documents via their profile accounts. 10. The website msut be SEO optimized plus also SEO yoast plugin shall be integarated 11. Monthly maintenance service: everything which keeps the existing homepage in good shape needs to be included for 40 USD yearly. Monthly updating. Monthly security check. Change of infrastructure without changing of functions and content of my homepage. If for example the freelancer changes his web design software (wordpress), or other tools and systems (woocommerce) which leads to a change in website programming. 12. Fixed amount after finishing homepage completely and yearly fixed maintenance fee
