cardSSmile - registration , payment, counting users

Hello, my name is Arek and im looking for somebody who can make me program, script ON WEBSITE. I don’t know about programing soo I don’t know if it need to be as ONE program or it could be 4 seperate scripts that will cooperate with eachother.. I leave that to you guys to decide.. I need this program till end of March, if not possible end of April would be also good.. I wonder how much I would need to pay for this? And I send pictures as program should look like, but im super okey with that I will make graphic, I just need functionality of the program/script visual things I can do by myself. OVERALL What this should do. - Logo - Register new users. a) Members receive an e-mail confirming your registration. b) To become Active user we need to have at least another 5 active users under us and project at least 3 cards. b.1) When this condition is not met, our Login will be red-colored b.2) If the condition is fulfill our login will be White. - Adds up users registered under that person. a) The main person gives a special referral link. b) Referrals are displayed on their profile. 1.b.) No Active - (Red) when you do not meet the conditions 2.b.) Active - (White) it satisfies the conditions. 2.1.b.) The minimum payment for 3 cards 2.2.b.) Minimum of 5 active members under him in the first line. - Has the PayPal payment options. a) $ 6 ($ 6.41 - paypal fees) for sending 3 cards. a.1.) if its possible that program could somehow KNOW they really make a payment not only click the BUTTON, and automaticly make users active. That I won’t need to do it manualy for example Look on my Paypall account and IF i see their payment i will manualy chnge them to Active users… b) $ 1.50 for sending 1 card (this option appears When you send a minimum of 3 cards). - Shows on page 3 persons with the highest points from referrals to 4th Line. - Shows on the number of ACTIVE users. - Must have the option to reset the statistics (for me). a) just to reset Points and payments. more details information I will write for interesting people because I don't have space here to do it. thanks for your time.
