Build responsive affiliate website with complex elements in Wordpress

We're looking for a person who very comfortable in CSS, PHP, Wordpress and webdesign who can create a similar website to this one: [login to view URL] We only three pages in total, so all the elements are there so we can create our own pages and import the elements / functions that we want. All the functions and elements that we need are covered on these three pages: 1. [login to view URL] 2. [login to view URL] 3. [login to view URL] - The responsiveness the website we want to create should be at least as good as this website. - The website has to be created in Wordpress - We should be able to easily add new content to the "table" - We need to create a new table ourselves and being able to insert that table on the pages we want. Maybe some sort of short code per "table" It's going to take us very long time to explain everything in detail, so the best thing you can do is to check all the functions of the website (table, sorting the table etc) and also check the responsiveness of the website and the pages we provided above, to see if you have the competence to help us with this project. We do not want a copy of the website above, we are going to create our own with our own design, colours etc. What we do need however is all the functions / elements that the mentioned website above provides and the same kind of responsiveness for other devices. We'll speak more on the details of the actual design as soon as we know someone that has the competenece to create a website like the one mentioned above.
