Hi, I'd like to build a basic form with 2 calculated fields. I've attached a screenshot to show what I want built (I already built it using a Wordpress plugin called 'Calculated Fields Form' - however I'd like to avoid the extra CSS + JS this plugin adds to Wordpress). I think for now this just needs HTML + Javascript. Once I add it to my theme, we can check if it needs any CSS tweaks.
