I have a client with an older drupal 6 website. They want to modify their contact form to add some additional fields, plus some wording. They want to add a checkbox, and then if that checkbox is ticked it opens another field to take a serial number which would be required to submit. Then they need another field to ask the user what their country is. And give a list of countries to choose from. I have a budget of $20.00
