Additonal Features to website

I need the following features to be added to a gay website for one of my client. Add the chat feature (java) Add a webcam feature for member to see other members Fix a error message when the members e-mail other members. Like all the members to be online all of the time I also have a merchant account is would like scripting so when members pay, they will be able to have more functions. Also a few other things that need to be done.
