Change website design (PSD Template available)

I have an osCommerce website which needs a makeover. You will be able to make the website shine based on good UX principles. This is a challenging job which will require skills in PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript and most importantly an understanding of osCommerce Responsive Build (for download, see here [login to view URL] and for details see here [login to view URL]) This version of osCommerce is modular, so you will need to know how to change module templates so that the site still looks good if individual modules are turned on or off. Our website is fully functioning, only the design needs changing, however you will need to liaise closely with us in regards to the PHP programming so everything stays working as it should. We have PSD files for the 2 most important pages, and you will need to design the rest of the pages to fit in with the same theme. These references will include the URLs of 3 sites you have worked on, the names, emails and phone numbers of the people you did the work for. Showing recent osCommerce sites you have worked on will increase the likelihood of being chosen. You will have the knowledge, skills and confidence to be able to suggest possible improvements. You must be available to hire for further website improvements in the future. You will also be easily contactable for as much of the GMT+10 business day as possible.
