Build a Website -- 2

Design and program Web page which have 1. logo 2. words labels (...) ---> I will write in it few sentences 3. Icon upload a file from the machine (upload) after the file is loaded sends the file to certain IP (X) (or certain mac address I will choose one of them to work in my design but I need both methods) when X receiving file it will send to me massage ( that tell me the file is received ) X will send it to may IP address so I need method to receive this signal and show massage in Web "File is reserved", After massage is reserved (other upload Icon appear and upload from the machine (upload) -----> this hidden(does not work unless arrival of message receipt) 4. sends the second file to X ( ether IP or mac address ,same first one) 7. receives second file from X and opens the download icon to allow user to download the second file 8 - clarification of the methods that used 9. agreements between me and the other device the size of the data to be transmitted should be variable ( may be changed depend on the agreement between me and the other device ) ** The device that I will receive file is FPGA
