Hi, I'm work in javascript as my day job, and building UI widgets like this is something I do quite a lot. I'm certain I could knock this out for you in a day. I used to do a lot of projects on this website a few years ago, I've got a perfect reputation (5.0 on 60 reviews) here, that I'd like to maintain. I'm looking to start doing some freelance work again, and i'd be happy to start off again with something quick and easy - like this project. To be clear: The deliverable would be a zip file containing a html page and javascript and image resources. I'll rely on a third party library for the graphs, and they may not look identical to the one shown in the flash version. If the graphs are optional I'm happy to nock 1500MXN off the bid, and I'll design something that looks elegant, modern and attractive without them. If you're ok with it I'll be testing for compatibility against the current versions of firefox, chrome and safari on the desktop, and safari on an iPad. I may not be the cheapest bid. I have great experience with javascript realtime usable UI. I suggest to build this using angularjs (I have awesome positive experience with this framework). Also there is no problem to do this using jquery. It will run on most latest browsers, including mobile (iPhone and iPads to).
