I have a website that's running Oxwall, an open source PHP based community platform. The web address is http://motorbikecommunity.com. What I want, is a new custom theme creating that is responsive. I want it to be a little more clean than theme I have now (which isn't responsive), yet I want to site to keep it's identity. I'm open to a discussion about FlatUI. Complete responsiveness is a prerequisite to this theme. This is an absolute must. I can provide all artwork etc for the new theme. There will also be a n on-going requirement for theme updates as the site grows.
