For use with calling card system I need to modify the Asterisk dialplan/a2billing to allow a customer to be able to dial a destination number right from the beginning of an established connection to the a2billing. At the moment, if customer dial destination number during the welcome message or balance announcing, first digits of the destination number get cut off.
