300420 XML Form Parsing to Outlook

DONE::: PHP Form in mysql is emailed to outlook along with attachments DONE:::There are 3 different OTF outlook templates all with same names for fields but 2 are extensive forms and one is limited info form.. NEED::: in Outlook from I think VBScript triggers the correct form populated along with the attachments then being moved to the correct path in the correct OFT Template. RUSH::RUSH::RUSH:: I need this yesterday ADDITIONAL:: Will need instructions on how I am to place in the email message the header information so the VBscript will know what form of the three to populate. I think my budget is fair but would consider more if required, will not pay a dime without a working test copy, would put $ in escrow..
