xhtml site mods and repair

i own a site called [login to view URL], it allows users to upload images directly from their mobile phone or pc, other members can comment on the pics and write blogs etc.. the coder who made it for me as lost contact, so i am looking for somebody who can repair a login issue (it always says "you must be logged in to do that" even after you login!!!(only on the wireless version) also the site is a bit difficult to navigate for a newbie, so i would like somebody to redesign the layout etc and make a better image watermark. so coders, please take a look at the site before doing a bid, and also tell me how? you would improve it. many thanks
