Need A Page For Photo Blog-like page

I need a creative designer to help come up with a page concept for a web page that looks like a photo blog. The page will have logo, navigation and sample pictures(thumbnails) with captions(these are like the summaries of blog posts) repeating vertically and other page elements. Just a nice page, unique and beautifully designed by a talented web designer in web 2.0 style.
