I have built a player that already includes most of your requirements, and can easily be adapted/extended to suit your every need. The bid price includes development of the player with all requested features, custom original design, site deployment and full tech support. I'm available everyday from 5am to 5pm GMT, and you can keep track of all progress through Skype, and/or mail/gTalk. Since I don't charge any money upfront, there's really no risk to you.
