I would like to form a relationship with a WordPress expert. The immediate need is the following however, there are other issues which always come up. I would like to focus on the content and have someone else work on the functionality with me. I am looking for a true expert with in-depth knowledge of various plug-ins, efficiencies, best practices and SEO for Wordpress, Etc... I would like a two part bid. I need a flat fee bid for the below immediate needs with an ongoing hourly price for other things as they come up.
