Wordpress Plugin Interface design change

I have a wordpress plugin which allows me to auto post youtube videos to my blog. I have designed a new interface i would like to use for the plugin, which is in PSD format. I need the plugin's GUI changed to my new interface design. I attached a scaled down version of the PSD file. I need this done asap, so please include your time of completion with your bidding. :) The winner must have knowledge of wordpress/plugins/php. I would like to work with the winner on a regular basis on future jobs, I have a lot more work to be done with this plugin and many others. :) Communication via Instant Messenger is required.
