Web-Based selfie camera (repost)

I need offers to developer a single page website, that has a built in camera plugin which lets you take a selfie. Attached the mockup pages. WE will provide you the design in PSD. so we need only the development part. Please send me examples of similar work if you have developed before. DO not send me non-related projects. Requirements: A single responsive webpage, with the following features: -A Camera snapshot that will capture the viewer photo with a nice designed button in 5 seconds count down, trough an USB webcam connected to the computer. After taking the photo (selfie): -The user has the option to send it to his email address. The system will ask for senders email, name & Mobile Number. (Virtual keyboard will appear to fill the sections) -The photo will be also stored on the same machine or a shared folder so the admin can later on use it. -The latest 10-15 photos will be displayed under the camera window, with a click function to see the big version of the photo. -The page should support touch function (its basically for the photo click to enlarge + the TAKE A PHOTO button) -The end user Logo will show on left upper corner -The template layout is Full DH resolution 1080x1920 pixels vertically placed
