Fixing font size - My Link Order and Remove Widget Titles pl

My site is avelim.co.il. The site is on Hebrew wordpress 3.3.2, using the theme Weaver 2.2.6 with many customization done by programmers. It is hosted on a VPS server. I have an issue that needs to be resolved as a result of a combination of two plugins: My Link Order and Remove Widget Titles Remove Widget Titles Removes the title from any widget that has a title starting with the "!" character. My Link Order allows you to set the order in which links and link categories will appear in the sidebar. Adds a widget with additional options for links categories display . The "my link order" widget looks OK when it has a title. I am try to hide it's title. This is done by checking the "Show Uncategorized" box in the widget and writing a title starting with the "!" character. In this case the title disappears, but an issue arises: the font of the titled widget is 15 PIX. When I make it remove the title the font turns to 12 PIX. This needs to be fixed. The font of the widget should stay at 15 PIX when I remove its title. The work should be dome in 24 hours after being awarded the project. Freelancer should allow 3 days for testing after he finishes his work, before getting paid.
