Expert wordpress programmer needed

We are looking to build a plugin for our wordpress website We considered using a Wordpress Catalog plugin, but can’t find anything to fit our needs. The catalog plugin would work, but there’s no way for users to have their own catalog that they can access anytime they log onto the site. It’s possible that this could just be a hack of a current plugin, or it might have to be completely redone. We would need to talk for you to let us know your process and to decide what you think will work best for this.
