U.S. or European Based Word Press / PHP Developer Ninja Needed

NOTE: We will ONLY Consider BIDS From individual freelancers based in North America or Western Europe. if you are NOT an individual freelancer, and you are based somewhere other than North America or Western Europe we will decline your proposal. We seek a long-term WordPress/PHP web developer who can manage our miscellaneous requests over the long haul. We need someone with proven and deep technical web programming skills using WordPress and PHP. You must also be skilled with custom WordPress plug-in development and Genesis, the WordPress framework we used to have our site built. Our site is not yet live, but we're shooting for October 15th. The Ideal partner will be reasonably responsive to our requests (hours replying to emails, not days) and who can generally tackle any new assignments within a few days.
