Creative Website Developer

We are looking for a 7-10 page website that will have lots of sublinks each page. We have a concept of what we would want it to look like, we understand the copyright issues of using this site, but we are looking for something as creative. We would also like to have a client login page as well. This page will be for customer/project management.
