Picture Book software

Need Photobook/Picturebook software that users can use in one of the following 2 ways. Note: software needs to work ONLY in one of these 2 ways. Option A: 100% browser based, whereby computer OS is irrelevant Option B: Downloadable to work on Windows OS AND Mac OS Features: Software is to have all the basic features now available with standard SDKs for Photo/Picturebook software development. ALSO, software MUST have the following additional features: 1. Easy upload/import of photos into software 2. Save the photo/picturebook for later editing 3. Rearrange photos by dragging them from one page to another 4. Editing of individual photos for tint, contrast, etc. 5. Rotate Individual photos to any angle 6. Resize photos 7. Add and remove pages 8. Switch between single-page and multi-page views 9. Contain Library of background designs and colors for users to select and apply and remove from individual pages as they wish 10. Library must be upgradeable with new designs and colors 11. Ability to undo and redo changes 12. Add text or captions to any page 13. Contain standard page sizes and orientation defined by software owner 14. Edit the layout of default/master page 15.
