pda application

We are looking for the following... we currently have something similar running on a laptop but would like it on a pda.. photographers have camera attached to pda. (is this possible?) pda has application on it which shows all people who are being photographed. this is created from a text file or excel sheet containing all information given to us by league. With stylus we touch first player we are photographing, shoot a few photos then touch with stylus either stop or next player (not sure best way yet). at this point a folder is created and those photos are moved into that folder. then continue with next player. When back at the office , photos are already separated by player, we then upload them to internet (this sofytware we already have but can talk about redoing if enhancements and ease of use can be impoved) there would also be a customer service rep using a pda/laptop, with same looking application, and as they take payment from each player, they mark as paid, paid by(cash etc). at end of day thse get merged (sales rep info and photographer info)pda ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. I called both companies today and both said it cannot be installed on windows ce, but only ps OS's (windows xp, 2000 etc) Would nyone know any other way for them to talk? As of now it looks like a pda will not work with this project. We need a hand held device (prefrerable touch screen) becuase of its size and where we will be using it. thanks John ## Platform pda and maybe windows
