Logging system for Symbian S60 9.2

I need a logging class written in c++ for a Symbian S60 (9.2) platform (Nokia phone). Requirements: - it needs to wrapp RFileLogger (sample here: [login to view URL]). If you have a better ideea, I am open to suggestions - as long as it supports the following requirements; - no other dependencies than default libs installed with "S60 Platform SDKs for Symbian OS, for C++" - available here [login to view URL]; + I can accept other 3rd party libraries as long as I am allowed to redistribute them in a comercial application, they are tiny (not small, tiny) and super-fast; - must be thread-safe; - must support 3 levels: debug, warning, error. + if debug is enabled, then all 3 levels are on; + if warning is enabled, then only warning+error is on; + if "error" or none is activated, only error messages are logged; + the log-activation flag will be read only once, then is "remembered" while the process is executed. This flag can be a flag in file-system, in registry, whatever - and it must be read at runtime; - the class must have the following methods: + init(const char *file_path) - will initialize the logging system; + log(int level, const char *format, ...); + close(); - I must have full copyright for all written code; Deliverables: - a compilable Microsoft Visual Studio-2005 solution with all source code; - a small app (Microsoft Visual Studio-2005 solution) which demonstrates thread-safety; - a list with dependencies (additional libraries required to run this class); - final test will be made on a brand-new real-life Nokia phone, with just factory software installed; I am a programmer myself, but due lack of time, I am not able to complete this task.
