Drawing Control for Excel 97 VBA

We need an ActiveX drawing control that can be added to a VBA userform and run in Excel 97. This control will be used to display graphics and text, so we need the general functionality of drawing colored lines between pixels and placing text at certain pixel locations. As a guideline, we would like the control to mimic a limited set of the functionality of the PictureBox control in Visual Basic 6. The specific functionality we need for the control is as follows, following the PictureBox syntax: Event Handling * MouseDown and MouseMove event handling Properties * AutoRedraw , ScaleMode, BackColor, ForeColor, FillColor, ScaleHeight, ScaleWidth, CurentX, CurrentY, BorderStyle, Font, FontSize, Height, Left, Top, Width Methods * A Line method [Line (x1, y1)-(x2, y2)] * A Cls method * A Print method (for placing text at CurrentX and CurrentY * **ADDITIONAL METHOD:** a Point(x, y) method to read the color of each pixel after the image has been drawn ## Deliverables **Deliverable 1:** source code for the control as a Visual Basic Project. This project must be able to be viewed in Visual Basic 6 and then compiled in Visual Basic 6 into an ActiveX Control *.ocx file. **Deliverable 2:** Thorough documentation of the source code **Deliverable 3:** A working test program (Excel 97 workbook) that contains the compiled control on a userform and demonstrates its requested functionality. **General Conditions:** 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
