WordPress Custom template

I am a web developer in Australia. WordPress templating isn't one of my expertise :-( Job description: This should be a easy WordPress 3.3.1 template as it is a simple design. Please note that even I am asking for 5 page site only the home page will be populated. Reason for extra pages so that we can see the navigation is working correctly. I need a WordPress theme based on my screen capture attached. It is crucial that left hand column and banner contain the the one continuous curvy line. Graphics aren't that important if you can not get it as close as you can as long as I can later replace them in the banner and left hand column area. Left hand column must work with WordPress widgets. All new additional navigations should be able to appear on the left hand column. Please note 'rounded white background' on navigation page names. Additional graphical box images like 'Compare car rental' and 'Student or BackPacker etc ' should be able to added using WordPress widgets without any limitation of how many we may want to add later. You can populate the first page as per 'theCartPress' demo page images OR place some car images. It must be at least 3 across x 3 down then further ability to 3 x6 or 3 x 9 configuration. I will be using a wordpress plugin 'theCartPress' there fore please install this plugin to work with the template. See demo page here [login to view URL] In summary - What I need: Install Plugin:'theCartPress' free version and any other realted plugins to make it work. All theCartPress side widgets to work. Content area: As you can see from the demo site, I would like the template to adopt theCartPress plugin and display the FIRST RAW of products as seen on the demo. My site will only function as a catalogue (selling cars) WITH PRICES but NOT as shopping cart. So no need for buy now buttons or quantity. Pages: Home: Populate as per 'theCartPress' demo page Bonus Options : leave as blank page Rental Comparison: : leave as blank page About us: : leave as blank page Contacts: : leave as blank page ..... Able to add additional WordPress pages There will be : No commenting, no Posting articles. Colour scheme: Banner bg = green logo on Black Left/h Column= black and green background graphic as seen on the screen capture Footer: background graphic Green: #336600 Two css files. 1 x green background content are with white text - all text through out should be colour legible 1 x white background content with dark gree text - all text through out should be colour legible 1 x home page finalised. I should be able to add other pages using the template after your completion. Wordpress should be able to upgrade /update its software without breaking. Once agreed, I will give you my test site where you can develop the working WordPress theme. If you are not sure please consult first.
