Website needed for a legal services business.

I am an attorney that is not very artistic, but I like to tinker with website design. I designed [login to view URL] then realized its not very professional looking. I like my logo and hope I can keep it and build a theme around it. I'm certainly open to a better looking logo design. Aside from designing the site, I need a login page (Specialists) that will track sales and rank who is the top seller when the Specialists login. I also need a Members login page that will tell me their contact information, the type of license that they have, their license number, when it expires, and a way they can upload a picture of their license if they choose to do so. In the attorney's login page, I want their contact information and a way to track their sales similar to the Specialists login page. There are up to 40 different pages, but I really only need one design and several images for the different types of licenses and the professions that they represent. I am sure that you will have many questions and I can be pretty hands on if I need to be.
