Website for Real Estate

Dear all, I need a website for a real estate company to be designed for a client. The website advertises properties for sale on a greek island only. The home page is already designed so the designer has to follow up the guide line. The website on the front page has an image of the island that is divided in 4 sections. Each section represents an area of the island (North, East, West, South) and upon click, the list of properties that are within the area appears on the page. The website appart that is simple. Featured properties on the front page (The featured property is a scroll list under the main container. The featured property action can be controlled by the admin through the control panel), Detailed presentation of the land with standard values that admin can change for each land (f.e. size, price, buildable area etc)lots of photos (unlimited number of pictures and all the photos have the same dimensions. Resizer tool needed on the admin panel so photos are resized and cropped automatically) and a container for the text describing the land. The website must have specific keywords and metatags for the SEO. These will be provided by us. The title of the website must change according to the property presented each time on the presentation page. Details to be given to the winner. Thank you for the bidding.
