In short, I need a website which allows users to select videos they wish to share with other users. - Users create an account and log-in. - Several hundred videos (hosted on youtube) will be available to select from. - Users select from a range of videos to send to other members; other members then log on and are shown the selected videos. - The videos will need to be tagged with key words so that users can search for specific videos amongst the library. - The website must be viewable on all mobile/cell phones. - Ideally, I would like an iphone app, which allows users to log on and view the videos that another user has selected for them. - Must be completed in an open source format
