web page urgent redesign

Web page design Need to create web page design based on the existing idea/page. It should be modern with a creative design and good colour choice and should be something unique that would draw my users to use the site and something for them to enjoy. You must provide mockups in png format for me to see first, if i like the mockup ill accept your bid and send you the money, in return for the psd. so No milestones or accepting bids before i see the png mockup Would also help if you could integrate the design into my php
