Web page intro and logo design

Looking for someone to design a few pages for a website for local area merchants. The intro page may eventually grow into other pages but for now I just need somewhere for them to go to lead them into the web forum which is the main basis for the site for now. I also need a logo designed for the siteand a general color scheme. Once you read the name you should have no problem with the logo theme. As far as the forum goes I need the latest version of vbulletin installed and customized for the site. By customized I mean the logo incorporated into the forum and some "advertise here" banner ads done for the individual forums as well as the main pages. I do not want a "template" looking site I want and expect a unique site. I will give examples of what I am looking for.
