Forms - entry screens based on forms AND Reporting tool to pull up reports based on entered data. One of 5 or so Users will login and enter data on a daily basis. Data will be stored online. Manager needs ability to produce reports based on the data collected. The reports should be able to be generated based on a set of dates, from MM/DD/YY to MM/DD/YY so the user can pull reports from the past and also a set date range, such as quarterly, annually, monthly. The individual Forms completed should also be able to be viewed in case they need to be printed later as proof. I will provide hosting thru sitegorund.
