NDA - Confidentially & Non-disclosure Agreement for RFQ Requirement 1: 1.1 A window named NDA-POP is already created to be used as the NDA template. What we need is to provide for mandatory input fields such as Full Name, Company Name, Title, Department and Phone Number. These input fields are to be placed on the bottom of NDA_POP. 1.2 To create [ACCEPT] and [CANCEL] command button on NDA-Pop. 1.3 On click event of a RFQ, system must verify if NDA is required: If NDA IS NOT required, simply display RFQ detail regardless of user log on status. If NDA IS required, check for user log on status. If not log on then prompt for user log on. (Must follow system wide log on standard.) Verified if Non-Disclosure Agreement for the specific viewer is already on file, if so display RFQ detail On NDA_POP window: - Mandatory input fields must be entered by the viewer such as: Full Name, Company Name, Title, Department, Phone Number -If viewer choose to [ACCEPT] the agreement then store input data to database and display RFQ detail. Else if viewer choose to [CANCEL] out then RFQ will not be displayed. Requirement 2: To create a link for NDA Log on Buyer’s dashboard / My Account. 2.1 Create NDA Log to display information listed below: RFQ Title, RFQ ID, Viewer Name, Viewer’s Company Name, Viewer’s Title, department, Phone, Date/Time 2.2 Initially NDA Log will be displayed in the order of Title, and then can be sorted by company name, viewer’s name and date/time. 2.3 Provide a link to launch the viewer’s company profile on click event of Viewer’s Company Name 2.4 Provide a link to send private message to the viewer if Send Private Message is allowed (follow existing accessing logic).
